The High Museum of Art is hosting a FREE screening of the documentary film Miss Representation on Thursday, 10/25.

The High’s Teen Program and Athena’s Warehouse partner for a special screening of the award-winning film Miss Representation, which explores how the American media shapes societal views of women, and the effect this has on all of us.Before the film we’ll tour Fast Forward: Modern Moments 1913»2013 and examine the portrayal of women in modern art. After the screening, join the conversation and share your thoughts on how the media affects your life.Miss Representation has some content that is not appropriate for younger viewers. We recommend the film for teens ages 16 and older.
